Parties and Events

     

Suitable photos of TBirds and TBird events can be published on the TBirds website by transmitting them to webmaster Glenn Arendsen via Email.  Please follow these simple rules:         1.  Send only photos of TBirds.  Nearly all of us have been west and photos of mountains, snow, lodges, trees, streams, signposts, statues, shops, streets, and other inanimate objects no longer excite us.          2.  Best are photos of TBirds skiing or posing on the mountain with scenery in the background.  Second best are photos of TBirds dining and partying.          3.  Select your best twenty photos and attach the photos to emails in jpg format or in a ZIP file.  Photos should be 1000-2000 pixels wide.  Embedding them in the email slows transmittal, sometimes to a crawl, and also complicates my processing operations.  Picassa or similar software makes the photos too small.         4.  Send a separate list of names keyed with photo numbers.      Stories can be transmitted by attaching the story in Word format.  Photos and Stories will be presented on the website for not less than one week and will be replaced to make room for other photos as necessary.
